Jackson: My brother, Jonah, is dead.
One day Jackson picked up a rock while playing in the undeveloped culdesac near our house and decided to bring it home. Jackson and the rock were both covered in dirt so into the bath they both went. While in the bath, Jackson informed me that the rock was his brother and his name was Jonah.
For a while Jonah was a staple at bath time. Then he went to reside on Jackson's bookcase.
Jackson mentioned Jonah less and less, but I'd see him there on the bookcase, unmoved, and ask why he never left that spot. Jackson would say he just liked it there.
Well, apparently there was something else going on with Jonah because now he has mysteriously died.
Rest in peace, little Jonah.
